Our client is an established Real Estate firm, part of a large very reputed organization. They have been hived off as a separate unit and are growing rapidly. They are young firm providing innovative products and solutions. The leadership is dynamic and future looking. They intend to hire a smart OD Leader to establish and lead the Talent Management function.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Establish the OD / Talent Management Strategy and Vision for the org
- Understand the vision, mission and build/align the culture of the organization
- Have a great experience of Assessments and Change Management
- Have a great experience in working with competency frameworks, career mapping, succession planning etc
- Have experience in leading interventions towards organization goals
To qualify for these positions you should:
- PG/MBA in HR from a reputed B-School
- 12 to 23 years of experience in HR
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Leading OD / TM independently
- Be agile and comfortable in a start-up culture
- Have experience in Org Dev, Talent Management, Assessments and Reporting
- Have experience in working with leadership teams
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
