- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and execute assessment centers to identify and nurture talent within the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions and transformations.
- Facilitate career planning processes for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with individual aspirations and organizational needs.
- Oversee Performance Management Systems (PMS) to drive performance excellence and employee development.
- Drive succession planning efforts to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Conduct culture surveys and utilize data-driven insights to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective stakeholder management and implementation of talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development roles.
- Expertise in Assessment Centers, Change Management, Career Planning, PMS, Succession Planning, and Culture Surveys.
- Excellent presentation, articulation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Based in Gurugram/Delhi or willing to relocate.
