Work closely with all training champions across different groups to monitor the execution of key projects as per project plan - Participate in training vendor selection process and evaluation ensuring delivery of high quality and targeted employee development solutions - Implement web based learning management system - Institutionalize capability development processes and systems for leveraging cost, efficiency and speed. - To spearhead Learning, OD and employee engagement initiatives for all white collar employees across India - Work closely with the India Corporate HR Team & interface with Global Learning & Employee Engagement Team to provide thought leadership on Learning, OD & employee engagement work in India - Improve organizational capabilities through improved and systematic professional development. - Develop & provide inputs to create strategies to address key opportunities in building capabilities in India organization. Key Skills: looking for a person from Psycology background, Behavioural trainings.
