Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Looking for a Head - Operations for a leading Wealth Management firm. Following is the detailed job profile and candidate background that we are looking for:

1. Reporting to - COO

2. Location - Mumbai

3. Candidate Profile & Role:

A. Owner & head of all operations for the business.

B. Have a complete understanding of all the wealth management and family office advisory products

C. Extensive knowledge and practical experience on application of all the relevant regulations, rules and bye-laws that apply to market infrastructure intermediaries

D. Complete knowledge on revenue recognition, taxation & statutory levies

E. High level of familiarity with technology to deliver a better customer experience

F. Design and implement processes to manage the entire client life cycle - KYC to customer fulfillment

G. Handle periodic inspections by the relevant regulators

H. Work efficiently with Finance & Accounts and compliance teams to manage risk

I. Preparing periodic reports to the management

5. Pay - Should easily be on par with the best in the business, with opportunities to participate in the broader wealth creation through ESOPs.
