Our client offering is a mobility solution for urban and suburban markets in India based on a fleet of electric vehicles (EV's). Our client is Awarded as the "Most Innovative Startup" by Niti Ayog They dedicated to providing a differentiated mobility solution based on electric vehicles ("EV") for the Indian urban and suburban markets. Specifically: They will initially focus on the ride hailing business using electric vehicles ("EV") in the long-distance mountainous markets. Head Operations Vehicle Leasing would be responsible to a) Company would be onboarding 50-100 electric Vehicle every month across India. b) These vehicles would then be transferred to the drivers / drivers relatives who would be driving and managing the vehicles. c) Collect Document from the Drivers or the drivers relatives who would like to buy the Electric Vehicle from organization d) Through one of the identified Public Sector bank approach NSFDC (National Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation), NHFDC (national handicapped finance and development corporation) and National Finance Development Council (NFDC) with the documents for hypothecation of cars. e) Get the loan sanctioned through NSFDC, NHFDC and NFDC and get the disbursement into the accounts of the drivers or Drivers relatives, so that the car can be completed as per identified time lines. f) Hire and Manage a team of Operations resources who will help the Organization achieve the scale of having 2000 cars by end of March 2024. Requirement: - Experience 20 years out of that they Should have more than 10 years of experience worked with PSU banks and interacted deeply with all or either of NSFDC, NHFDC, NFDC etc. - Should have deep understanding of Documentation, disbursement of loan and RTO. processes so that end to end process is smooth and as per timelines agreed. - Should have managed a team Attributes - Should be comfortable with fast pace of decision making and pivoting. - Should have managed a team - Must have a growth mindset - Must be a Doer.
