Head - Operations - Trading Unit - Chemical Lubricants

Company: Trading Unit in DRC, for Chemical Lubricants

- Candidate must be Good in French, Swahili with Africa Work Experience

- Works with the Managing Director and other Heads of Function to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the Regional Teams and ensures there are systems in place to enable the shop managers to receive the information in a timely manner

- Responsible for the P&L, procurement, Sales, Business Operation and planning of daily operations

- Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met

- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis

- Manages the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate

- Creates a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines

- Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties, Check Logistics Operations for Products

- Purchases materials and services required, Organises, plans, and implements inventory activity

- Influences and supports the retail element of the annual budget process ensuring understanding and buy in from the operations team.

- Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day operation within their defined work area
