Head Operations

Responsibilities:

- Take charge of overseeing the execution, delivery, implementation, and support of software projects while staying within predefined parameters of cost, effort, timelines, and quality.

- Create strategic plans and objectives, which encompass defining service level agreements (SLAs), structuring teams, managing budgets, overseeing Profit & Loss, and controlling department expenses.

- Manage interactions with clients, users, and partners for tasks such as gathering requirements, evaluating risks, finalizing technical specifications, and discussing estimates for effort, cost, and time.

- Develop, implement, and offer support for business application software for clients, with a focus on maintaining end-to-end responsibility for incidents and service requests.

- Execute project management activities, including analyzing requirements, engaging with clients on-site, designing modules, creating technical documentation, reviewing technical documents, coding, testing, estimating, scheduling, and more.

- Lead service delivery functions to ensure the timely resolution of high-priority tickets and adherence to SLA agreements.

- Grasp and coordinate client needs, enhancements, customization requests, and software-related issues to deliver solutions while adhering to agreed-upon delivery schedules.

- Take the lead in mentoring, recruiting, and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure operational efficiency and the achievement of individual and group targets.

- Conduct meetings to design or streamline processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the overall business.

Requirements:

- Candidates should possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

- Demonstrated experience in a leadership position as a Head of Operations or a similar role within the technology/E-Learning sector.

- Strong experience in enterprise product and SAAS implementation.

- Deep understanding of .NET, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the E-Learning Industry.
