Currently we are handling a senior level assignment with a reputed organization based at Mumbai. We are looking out for someone who has good experience in handling end to end Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchase, Procurement, Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D, New Product Introduction & Operations Excellence with minimum 15+ years experience and someone who would be closely working with CEO.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Provide leadership and strategic directions to the Supply Chain Management team in India through delivering a consistent, high quality and cost effective customer service to internal and external customers.
2. Good operations experience in Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D, New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Planning & Logistics, Operations Excellence
3. Review the material and production lead time on a scheduled basis together with Sourcing, Production and Quality Control.
4. Maintain the inventory at optimal levels / targeted DSI (Day Sales Inventory) including safety stocks analysis.
5. Manages Warehousing & Distribution function to ensure availability of products to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner from both the central and branch, warehouses in accordance with Good Distribution Practices.
