Responsible for revenue enhancement and protection through various initiatives, monitoring and control measures. 2. Responsible for budgeting and tracking expenditure in relation to operations and maintenance of highway projects. 3. Responsible for all O&amp;M compliances with respect to CA and relevant statutes. 4. Maintaining service levels - at toll plaza / lanes, in attending incidents through SPV route patrol vehicles, ambulances, cranes and in highway lane utilization. 5. Appointment of contractors and Contract administration of O&amp;M contracts - toll operations, security services, route operations, incident management and maintenance. 6. Responsible for interface with NHAI and authorities for timely reporting/ submission of reports and updation of NHAI portals. Candidate Profile: 1. Qualification: BE (Civil) / M.Tech(Transportation/ Highways). 2. Experience of atleast 15 years in road construction industry with atleast 3-5 years in Operations &amp; Maintenance of roads in BOT. 3. Should have managed several projects in the past 3-5 years.
