Head of Operations - Retail Business

To define and execute Company's retail strategy (New Business) through a chain of Retail format stores across cities and key business markets. Ensure that each retail store is ROI positive and be responsible of the overall Profit and Loss account of Retail Stores business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the Annual business plan, Budget & MIS and reporting framework for the Retail business.

- Identify, negotiate and finalize key locations in respective cities for setting up Retail format stores as per rollout plan

- Liaise with marketing team for the designs of Retail Stores, create awareness campaigns, promotions, and trade marketing to increase customer footfalls and sales.

Set and regulate product pricing using results of market, competition and demand analysis.

- Create SOPs & governance framework for Store Operations and monitoring the store performance basis sales transactions and, customer feedback.

- Ensure logistics operations so that each store is filled with adequate stock as per customer needs/choice .Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.

- Crete governance mechanism to ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail stores.

- Manpower Planning and Hiring plan for Store In charge, Counter Sales Executives etc for the stores.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance.

The candidate must have experience is rolling out Retail Stores, preferably in F & B sector and have run the same as P&L Head.

Overall experience of 12-15 yrs

Qualification: MBA from T-2 Institute. Age: 35-40 Yrs
