- Responsible for all operations planning and delivery across MNC and local clients in Recycling and EPR domain

- Ensuring to achieve the required GP target.

- Help achieve positive unit economics, and scalable go-to-market channels via defining KPIs, building MVP, running rapid experiments, iterating basis feedback, and tracking progress against KPIs.

- Help identify the right distribution channels for ventures and streamline marketing operations.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships, which can help in growth of the organisation.

- Ensure optimal levels of business costs for logistics and operations within agreed budgets.

- Manage direct and indirect operations for the region while maintaining profit and gross margin integrity.

- Ensure business sourcing and processing costs/margins align with company expectations.

- Provide input on Market intelligence within the industry.

- Planning and brainstorming for market expansion & pitches.

- Manage clients, anchor key accounts, and develop new business relationships.

- Understand client business needs and collaborate with business teams to design operational action plans.
