Head of Operations - Recruitment Industry
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Operations in the Recruitment Industry. The role entails day-to-day operations management, including team management, budgeting, and maintaining effective communication. Additionally, analytical skills are essential to analyse data and identify areas for improvement.
The role includes:
- The incumbent should be tech savvy and have good knowledge of tech related tools such as ATS and CRM tools for online recruitment companies.
- Build tech products such as job platform or HRMS
- Grow business and relationships with clients
- Grow Revenue month on month and take complete responsibility of the P&L.
- The incumbent should be well versed with women empowerment and diversity and should have worked with a large CSR or understand women based CSR.
Qualifications:
- Operations Management and Budgeting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team management and leadership abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Recruitment Industry
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the Diversity is a plus.
