REPORTING TO : GROUP CHAIRMAN - The conglomerate is setting up a POLO FARM in MUMBAI. We are looking for a person who has extensive knowledge base of Horses, its breeds, understand the process of exporting of horses, and has startup knowledge. - Understands the total process of running a polo farm. - Should have knowledge in breeding, training and maintaining thoroughbred horses - Will be responsible for Directs staffing; aligns people strategies with business objectives; consolidates efforts to meet service expectations, for and on behalf of the stakeholders; provides oversight of supervision and management teams to assure continuity - Should have Entrepreneurial Visionary; envisions designs, develops, communicates, and implements creative, strategic plans to achieve high standards of operational excellence.
