Head - Operations - PE/VC/AIF Funds

Key responsibilities :

- Accountability of entire operations of PE/VC/AIF Funds by ensuring proper manpower planning, recruitment, training and have complete process controls adhering to ISO procedures, Data Security policies, various Polices & Procedures which is prevailing in the company from time to time.

- Acquiring new clients making detailed presentations on our investor servicing and fund accounting solutions.

- To recruit train develop competencies in the team.

- To manage performance coach and mentor team.

- Represent the vertical for various presentations to board, stake Holders

Requirements :

- Management graduate from reputed B schools.

- Proven Client acquisition and business leadership

- Strong Delivery Experience. Done sales, Account management hunting.

- Exposure to fund accounting processes.
