Description :

- Head the lending operations for the firm

- Managing a team of customer service, Loan operations and post disbursal ops

- Ensure compliance with RBI laws

- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization

- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention

- Design operations policies that align with overall strategy

Profile :
- 10-15 years of experience in managing operations, of which 4+ years in a leadership role

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and leadership ability

- Experience in P2P lending would be an added advantage
