Job Summary :

- CropIn is looking for a Head of Operations who can drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence.

- In this role you will lead and coach a high-performing operations team responsible for managing our unique value proposition and ensuring that the broader market understands how we are changing farm management.

- The Head of operations will be responsible for building and leading a team that will manage Customer success & Key accounts management in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

Business and Operations :

- Use data and analytics to understand farm management

- Work with customers to grow & manage their business

- Deliver monthly metrics and analysis to customers to ensure that they understand the value of our platform

- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

- Establish quality check processes to ensure customer satisfaction

- Manage and prioritize customer support request and ensure resolution within defined time lines

Team Development :

- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

- Manage the operations teams and resources to deliver profitable growth

- Manage the use of budgets

- Define optimal operations force structure

- Hire and develop operations staff

Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of Operations experience

- Proficiency with MS Excel, Office and other analytical tools

- Strong prioritization and project management skills

- Great knowledge of markets and competition and managing disbursed teams

- Sound business judgment

- Strong execution skills and drive

- Excellent communication skills

- Action and results oriented with bunch of energy

Qualifications : MBA (preferably from a Top B school)
