Leading OEM manufacturing organization in India, with global presence, based in Central India.
The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):
a) Head - Operations is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating plant operations.
b) He is responsible for ensuring and improving productivity, efficiency, and profitability of plant operations,
c) He leads the development and implementation of production methods and strategies.
d) He will ensure proper staffing, training, tools, and production plans are achieved, ensuring that goods are produced safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard.
The Person (Candidate Details):
Experience
i) Age : 45 - 50 yrs
ii) Bachelors Degree in Operations Management / Engineering + MBA
iii) Minimum of five (5) years of experience as Head Operations in a 300+ cr. manufacturing organization - preferably in OEM Products
iv) Experience in managing production team.
Competencies

iv) Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
v) Execution of strong systems & processes to drive efficiencies, control costs
