- Looking for Operations Head for Hyderabad location

- Reporting to CEO

- B1 Visa added advantage

- Travel to the USA once in 3 months OR 4 months

- Looking for HighFlyer profile with 6 to 12 Years experience

- P&L, Deliverables, Excellent Communication.

- Manage large sized custom application development projects in Financial services domain.

- Stakeholder Management, Planning, Risk Management, Financial Management and Change Management in the projects and programs.

- Manage project delivery of simultaneous projects in different stages of Development Lifecycle

- Formulation and implementation of the communication protocol and tollgate process to achieve greater transparency, and to improve communication to reduce the amount of sorting.

- Coordinating with internal, client stakeholders and the team from predictability of the delivery process in order to maximize the revenue from the account Change Management.
