Head - Operations - Mutual Funds/BFSI

Job Role :

- Would head Operations for a BFSI Company.

- To ensure all the operations happen as per SOP, SLA & TAT

- Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client

Candidates woul be preferred who have Registrar & Transfer Agency experience in Mutual Fund industry or BPO

- Experience in BPOs handling non-voice processes desirable.

- The ideal candidate would be a combination of R&T companies and experience in good BPOs - Minimum of 15 years- experience in financial operations management

- Minimum Graduate

- This role is purely operations role
