Head of Operations (Media Accounting Process) - BPO 1. Minimum 10 years of BPO Operations Experience. 2. Strong Domain knowledge with End-to-End RTR understanding; Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word, PPT. 3. Minimum 3 years experience in handling Media accounting and reconciliations 4. Strong Domain knowledge with End to End F&amp;A experience 5. Working with the Client Service Manager to ensure both contractual and operational Key Performance Indicators are met 6. Manage a team of 40-80 FTEs 7. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company 8. Resolving key client issues and complaints 9. Working with solution design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of service 10. Collaborating with the account partner to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling 11. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training 12. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs 13. Anticipating key account changes and improvements 14. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams 15. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers &amp; meeting SLA Targets.
