Head - Operations - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for executing production orders as per stated and implied requirements.

- Responsible for managing entire plant operations from development to production and deliver operational excellence

- Responsible for leading 700 sewing machines set up independently from cut to ship for circular knit garments with Top end customers

- Must ensure on time production so as to meet customer ETA

- Must conduct a daily analysis pf priority to ensure production as per plan. Coordination with plant for smooth functioning of production.

- Will be responsible for delivering 95% RFT on a weekly basis.

- Responsible for driving various automation projects

- Must be wiling to deliver 75% efficiency

- Should be able to utilize all the resources to maximize productivity, reduce costs, reduce rejection / rework.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of Production, Planning & Control activities and Quality parameter

- Should have been in a lead role for the last 3 years

- Strong in manpower planning & HR

- Knowledge of Panel Printing is preferred

- Knowledge of Tamil preferred.

Education:

BFTech/ MFTech from NIFT or BE/Diploma in Textile Engineering.

Experience:

15+ years with reputed fabric manufacturing companies.
