Requirements:

- 10-15 years of prior work experience of heading operations in Construction Company (contractor /service space ) or services company .

- Exposure in handling PAN INDIA platform operations.

- Someone who has previously managed the entire solution delivery process from a product, application, and service delivery perspective in a B2B environment Group, cater to products/tools, systems, and operations.

- From B2B service platforms (Logistics service platforms preferably)

Job Profile:

- Order Execution Management: Design and manage the entire solution delivery process from product, application, and service delivery perspective.

- Operational Excellence: Design the entire operational process for executing the various products and applications through the platform

- Platform Operational Capability Development: Develop the platform's operational delivery and monitoring ecosystem working closely with the platform development head

- Applicators/Partners Management: Build the partner network for delivering the shortlisted applications and services as per business requirement

- Performance Monitoring: Design key metrics for monitoring the partner and applicator performance

- Process Improvement and Optimization: Streamline operations and optimize processes for the platform
