Head - Operations & Maintenance - O&M

- The incumbent should be responsible for overall operations and maintenance activities at the clients place across different locations as per the requirement.

- The prospective candidate will be implementing strategies to achieve strategic operational goals, drive key strategic initiatives & business metrics.

- The incumbent will steer the overall management of Operations and maintenance and strengthen the manufacturing capabilities towards excellence and also direct & oversee efficient quality production standards and ensure health; safety & environment is prioritized & facilitated.

- Should be an Engineering Graduate with 10 to 20 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance from engineering/manufacturing industries.

- Should have prior experience in heading/leading O& M activities of big projects.

- Should have complete knowledge and experience of activities in different departments and should coordinate with them for smooth functioning.
