Besides construction experience, should also have Maintenance experience.  5. Should have strong administrative skills  6. Capable of handling Fire Fighting systems and medical emergency procedures which may arise from time to time  7. Periodic routine reporting, Correspondence and liaison with clients, civil authorities and managing the local environment will be a major task.
