Head - Operations - LAP - Housing Finance

Job Description :

- Manage strategies and business excellence role in the Housing Finance.

- Provide insights on critical issues and overall business performance for Housing Finance

- Indetify cross fuctional and cross businesses synergies opportunities that shall drive efficiencies linked to cost and business performance

- New innovative business models creations and technolgies into the housing Finance Business

- Team management, Client management, Entire opertions incharge, General Administration etc.

- Ensuring that the financials of the housing Finance are under control and the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) norms at all times.

- Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with Key Accounts.

- Supervising Key Areas of Daily operations of the Housing Finance Business

- To plan, allocate, monitor and deliver the budgeted recovery numbers with in the set NPA and write off norms.

- Develop a framework - operating model to support execution

- Support development of project plan and milestones
