Head - Operations - IT/ITeS

The Head of Operations will lead a dedicated services function which is responsible & accountable for all activities delivered under the Enterprise Sell, Build & Run areas for a large Global Enterprise customer.

This role will be responsible for the overall service experience for the customer.

This role is accountable for the day-to-day management of this customer - which includes Event management, Incident management, Change management, Configuration management, Problem management & service reporting within operations.
