- Optimization and management of administration and Hostel Operations
- Create a central MIS for PAN India level reporting
- Budget, MIS, Fee collection and ledger management
- Vendor Management
- Canteen/Catering Management
- Ensure all basic compliance at each property are in place
- Estate Management
- Manage Housekeeping staff
- Security Management
- Transportation management of pick and drop service
- Cut costs and increase margins for properties
- Centralise operations
- Help with growth of market share
