Role:
- Senior operations managers who will take charge of all support services - Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Medical Records, Medical Documentation (Discharge Preparation, Health Check Reports), Patient Services (Front Desk, Insurance and Telephone Exchange), and corporate relations.
Reporting : General Manager, Medical Director and Director
Profile:
- MBA or MHA with min 8 years' experience in leading hospitals (not smaller places that tend to lack a systems approach)
Or
- Candidates who have minimum 8 years of operations experience in a leading hotel chain and have been through their multi-year in-house training and development programs (Oberois, ITC, Taj)
Key Competencies:
- Spur performance improvement along with department heads (candidate would likely have a strong background in lean, six sigma, model for improvement, or other quality improvement methodology and strong people management skills; also familiarity with accreditation such as NABH or equivalent for hotel industry)
- Resolve conflicts at the workplace and display good sense of judgment
- Mentor others for helping them reach their potential (somebody who enjoys developing others).
