Head - Operations - FMCG

- The person will be responsible for responsible for P&L Management of the manufacturing unit including operations which would include Procurement, Cost Management, all other aspects of operations including budgeting, Forecasting, Treasury, Pricing, Costing, Compliances.

- Monitor Production and effective cost & inventory management.

- Monitoring Sales, Forecasts and Cash flow

- Responsible for closure of management & statutory financials, providing business insights and trends

- Responsible for the Board of Directors review of performance of all functions and the review of the dashboard

- Monitoring geography, product and channel wise revenue and profitability

- Monitoring production costs, operating expenses and ensure strict control over spending

- Handling Audits, Direct and Indirect Tax compliances

- Working closely with Board of Directors and the Managing Director on various strategic issues

- Monitoring Production plans, productivity and COGMs to drive efficiency

- Regular monitoring of key RM/PM prices and plan purchases accordingly in order to have better GPs

- Supporting the HR and IT functions in their operations
