Head - Operations - FinTech Startup

We are looking for the position of Head of Operations for a new Fintech startup. This into the space of digital lending similar to a P2P.

- The candidate should be a self starter and should have an entrepreneur-like approach to work. The ideal candidate should have background in the financial services, someone who has worked in this industry and understands the nuances well.

- He/she should be willing to work in a startup environment. Someone with experience in operations which would include areas like customer acquisition, lending process end-to-end, business development, etc would be suitable. Post grad in engineering / MBA / CA would be preferred.

- The sector is a fast growing one with a large addressable market. The incumbent would be part of the leadership team responsible for the build and growth of the organisation.

Roles and responsibilities of this role would include :

- Responsible for day to day operations

- Overseeing the business development function, customer acquisition process

- Collections process

- Planning and forecasting

- Setting systems and processes for your area of operations

- Work closely with other functions (eg, tech team) for smooth functioning

- Team building and retention

- Reporting to CEO
