Job Opening for Head-Operations with FinTech Company

Job Description :

- Manage entire merchant life cycle, onboarding, verification and support.

- Coordinate with merchants as well as alliances team in the on-boarding fulfilment Processes

- Managing metrics of merchant operations (SLA of query resolution, onboarding & KYC Document verification

- Managing merchant portfolio risk management and identifying those which could possibly cause monetary losses to the company

- Work closely with internal teams like Alliances, Finance, Product, technology, Customer

- Assessing transactions processed by merchants hitting rule parameters and rendering feedback to enhance rule criteria and to increase recoveries by fraud investigations

- Support to resolve merchant issues and highlight new trends.
