- Need to Build SOP's across functions for a Fintech/Loan Company
- Senior Operations professional with experience across hiring, team building, team management, metrics tracking, defining workable processes.
- To provide guidance on the in's and out's of every part of the process.
- Build and manage SOPs for complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders
- Define and measure effectiveness of SOPs, efficiency, and alignment with larger company strategy and tweak accordingly
- Go through the build, measure and learn feedback loop and continuously improve
- Be the voice of the customer and own customer/Institute experience
- Being able to go deep in any problem while building simple solutions
