Requisites:
- MBA/ Hotel Management from a top tier institute
- 5+ years of P&L experience in reputed QSR or fine dine brands
- Min 10 years of experience in managing teams - Experience in pizza is a big plus
Job Description:
- Responsible for Unit level P&L, Operating metrics and customer experience for all units QSR, Cloud kitchens etc
- Build the right framework to run daily operations and drive the team to deliver a compelling product experience
- Oversee day to day operations, run tight controls on inventory and adherence, and own all operating SLAs for the units
- Demonstrate and lead by example in having an exceptional love for the brand and product
- Hire and develop right talent at Operational & City levels
- Track & deliver P&L for all stores across areas ranging from COGS to utilities
- Work seamlessly with R&D, Finance & Brand teams to deliver the AOP
- Continuous tracking for product, market & people trends in the QSR industry
