Techno -commercial profession with Civil Engineering background along with Post Graduation in business management Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Review annual operational /projects budget and planning - Review and advise on project operational aspects including planning, forecasting,&nbsp;budgeting, cost control, contract administration, profitability, turnover, collections&nbsp;and management reporting to build an effective partnering culture with the clients, contractors and all stake holders. - Administer efficiency of support functions such as materials, logistics, cost control,&nbsp;regional accounts etc - Oversee monthly &amp; quarterly assessments and forecasts of projects financial performance against budgets, financial cost control and operational goals. - Participate actively in sales prospecting and forecasting (for pan India projects) through relationship building with key decision makers for developing business. - Develop and deliver business plans and manage operations in terms of cost and profit center. - Set targets, objectives and clear responsibilities for all supervised staff, progressively&nbsp;monitor individual performance against the agreed criteria and conduct formal appraisals within specified timeline. - Be an active participant and contributor to company's core committees and strategic team. - Actively engage in interdepartmental liaison to ensure alignment so that the transactions&nbsp;are smooth with any business-related changes that may happen with changing work&nbsp;requirements / situation / environment.
