Head of Operations for An Education Loan Platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Create processes underlining decision parameters, documentation required and operational processes for education loans.
- Implement efficient processes and standards. Drive customer sales and service efficiency and Turn-Around-Times across the acquisition, documentation, sanctioning, disbursement and collection processes.
- Setup mechanism for daily / weekly / monthly reporting and reviews.
- Program manage new initiatives - monitor and report progress and problem, solve any roadblocks as required.
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
Experience and Qualification Required:
- Proven experience in leading and tele-sales operations.
- Experience with using CRM and LOS / LMS systems.
- Understanding / experience of education lending industry.
