Job Title Operations Head Reports to Chief Business Oficer

Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)
- To oversee Student relationship team, Direct to Device IT Team and Academic Delivery
- Act as a single point of contact for Academic Partners.
- Develop, implement and evaluate operational delivery plans key to the successful delivery of Programmes.
- To plan a strategy to improve feedback scores
- To ensure the successful development and ongoing delivery of the online platform to the customer through seamless IT support and student services
- Manage conflicting demands, meet deadlines and adjust priorities to deliver programmes successfully.
- Work collaboratively with faculties, Deans and Respective HOD's and ensure best end user experience to students.
- To plan and Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Student support team through continuous engagement and operational processes.
- Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
- Using relevant quality tools to improve the operational efficiency through waste reduction and adoption of CTP and CTQ parameters
Competence (Skills, knowledge, experience and attributes required)
Competence Particulars
Education Master's in Business Administration
Work Experience 12 - 15 years of relevant experience
Knowledge
Ability to manage large scale operations
Exp in dealing with Premier colleges
Skills
Excellent Relationship building skills, Leadership / Influencing, Service
Orientation, Ability to work with Academicians & Team Management skills
