Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day functioning of assigned program portfolio including all operations as well as program delivery aspects
- Growing the Northwest team for operations and program delivery requirements
- Building the use of technology across all aspects of the organization including automation at scale
Desired Skills & Experience :
- More than 10 years of hands on experience in people management and operations
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English is required
- Interact with the International Institute clients
- Excellent written and presentation skills are required
- Should have natural inclination and ability to work with people and enjoy people interactions at all times
- Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others
- Entrepreneurial, Driven, Ambitious, Persistent, Comfortable in a small team setting
- Open to travel
