Head of operations - EdTech

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring Smooth Operations- Employee Operations, Assets Operations & Onboarding Operations.

- Ensuring Cost Efficiency across all the teams in the organization and working with cross-functional leaders

- Drive reviews on major L0/Functional metrics

- Programs manage with the cross functional focus groups to proactively resolve major issues

- Create efficient storage, manpower and supply solutions with maximum flexibility and minimized cost Build.

- Drive fulfilment KPIs and AOP.

Requirements :

- 8 to 10 years of work experience in Operations/Planning/Logistics

- MBA in Supply chain and Operations from Tier 1 Institutions preferred.

- eCommerce/FMCG/Startups with more than 1500 employees

- Exceptional analytical & problem solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data backed decisions

- Proactive, self-starter, highly motivated and excellent data analytics skills
