Head - Operations - eCommerce (10-20 yrs)
We have an opening as a Head-Operations with one of our Ecommerce Client.
Job Location : Bangalore
Job Description :
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team to enable on-ground productivity and speed.
- Design policies that align with overall strategy of the business
- Implement efficient processes and standards both on production, safety and six sigma processes in the plant.
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention and delight.
- Ensure compliance with local (e.g. data protection, key process protection, plant compliances on safety standards)
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions for the inside out operations scale and stock/inventory management.
- Manage contracts and relations with vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Must Required Skiils :
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
- Experience with implementing IT systems
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
