Job Title: Head of Operations

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Operations (Agro chemicals/specialty chemicals). Qualification and experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Operations Management or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the agrochemical/specialty chemicals manufacturing industry.

Age wise: early 50s.
