We are building an agri-tech marketplace with the potential to scale more than 1000 Cr business in the first year itself. Its an asset-light, operation less model with high technology involvement.. Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Help scaling up business - Developing SOPs for operations team. - Managing on-ground executives. - Managing logistics &amp; developing SOPs to ensure smooth deliveries. - Ready to roll up the sleeves and get the job done, no matter what it takes Skills required : - First of all, the passion, dedication, resilience and a steel will - Good inter-personal skills - A team player - Good communication skills Work Experience : - Experience in e-commerce, supply-chain, agri industry will be a plus - Entrepreneurial experience preferred Education : A sound educational background is required. Pass outs of IIMs IITs will be preferred Compensation : Salary(as per market standard) + ESOPs (0.5-2%)
