Primary responsibility is to manage quality, cost & delivery across the entire value stream, starting from procurement, supplier management, production, quality, installation, commissioning and aftersales support Experience in ADAS/Navigation/GPS/Vehicle tracking is required. - Manage the full program responsibility from the RFI / RFQ, the project award, through the Start of Production and Post-Production - Lead all program activities ensuring, customer's /company's milestones are achieved by fulfilling the quality, cost & delivery targets - Lead large cross functional teams: Engineering, Delivery & Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, etc across multiple locations - Meet OEM customer's expectations during pre-production part approval phase & mass production - Manage installation, commissioning & after-sales support for all product lines - Ensure adherence to business processes as per ISO, TS, CMMI, etc. - Manage overall supply chain for all product lines
