Head Operations & Administration (Resort & Park Head)
Head Operations & Administration is responsible for the administration and operation of the park. He oversees the safety and cleanliness of the park to ensure a positive experience for guests and associates; provide products and services Beyond Expectations to ensure guest satisfaction; and create a culture surrounding safety, fun, and growth opportunities to aid in associate retention. Park Head is in- charge for every aspect of day-to-day operations, including
- Managing customer experience
- Strategic planning and development
- Monitoring health and safety aspects with respect to Park Operations
- Overseeing the park's Revenue and Profit - People management.
- Cost & Budgetary controls.
- Event planning & execution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Age between 38-45 Yrs
- Odia Language Proficiency is a must
- Proven experience in heading business
- Strong organizational & management skills.
- Demonstrated success in team management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge in managing large operations
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
