We are looking to set up an accounting outsourcing practice within our organisation to cater to the US market. We are seeking an experienced person to head this practice, who must have experience in having working in / on US based companies and be familiar with the accounting and tax regulations in that country. The ideal candidate should have: - 5-15 years of experience - Experience working in the US / in other outsourcing companies - In depth knowledge of US GAAP - Working knowledge of US taxes and regulations - Expertise in working on Quick books and other global accounting software Other soft skills required: - Proficient in English (both written and spoken) - Experience in leading teams of 4-5 persons - Experience in working on Business Development would be an added plus - Flexibility in working hours per client requirements - Open to travel a required
