Head - Operational Risk Management - NBFC - Only Big4

We are looking for candidates only from the Big4 .

It would be a part of the CXO team and will lead a central team of ORM specialists and guide functional SPOCs.

Key responsibilities would include,

1) Drive the long term the ORM agenda of the company,

2) Work closely with Business and Functional Heads to drive process re-engineering and control initiatives.

3) Oversee operational loss reporting and management.

4) Drive the choice, adoption and effective use of technology solutions.

The candidate must have a PhD /Masters in Statistics/Economic or MBA from a Premier Institute with 15+ years experience.
