Head - Operational Risk - Financial Firm

Urgent requirement for Head - operational Risk for one the leading financial firm in Mumbai.

Job responsibilities :

Ensuring successful completion of test of design and operating effectiveness under Internal Financial Control (IFC) framework.

- Perform Compliance testing of RBI Master Circulars applicable to financial company

- Preparation of Operational Risk framework and related policies and monitoring implementation

- Designing of Risk and Control library (RCL) and Key risk indicators (KRI) for all functions

- Periodical conduct of RCSA testing for business units through developing partnerships with functional units

- Monitoring and reporting of Key risk indicators (KRIs) and Operational risk loss events

- Conduct of thematic reviews and publish of controls gap report.

- Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks
