Head - Operational Excellence
- Lead the effort to institutionalize a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
- Lead the projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals.
- Drive visual management across site
- Support site on designing and driving culture change initiatives.
- Assess current processes and standard work flow and identify process improvement opportunities utilizing organizational, analytical, Lean and Six sigma problem solving methodologies.
- Provide analytical inputs to Operations Head on revenues, capacity utilization, costs and profitability for planning.
- Apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to clearly define the operations current state value streams, driving out waste, redundant / broken processes and improving overall process execution.
- Develop and produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance indicators. Perform analysis and review of data with all concerned.
- Track and report performance on organizational objectives and drive productivity and quality score on a regular basis.
- Work closely with global team to learn and share best practices.
- Implement Capacity monitoring and improvement model using OEE and Standard work Concept
- Implement and drive Tier Accountability model across site to improve the overall feedback loop and escalation process.
- Implement investigation model using three levels Six Sigma. Yellow, Green and Black.
- 5S implementation across site to reduce lead time associated with project.
- Drive the Six sigma project ( Quality and yield improvement )
