Head of Operation - Startup - Delhi

- Responsible for establishing the vision & goal of the team in collaboration with stakeholders & then guiding & overseeing the successful implementation of the same within the team.

- Responsible for Designing strategic framework and blue print; create functional strategy, vision and mission; align operations & customer services strategy to business strategy and support business growth.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization & also manage the operational activities of warehouse, logistics & inventory across cities for various Business Units.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks and implement best practices for safety and security. Also Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations and identify opportunities for improvement within the operational processes and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

- Ability to manage process controls, oversee adherence, and communicate regular updates of all process changes to all relevant teams/functions.

- Overseeing and managing territory's overall supply chain logistics strategy, Inventories and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

- Developed logistics panel & set up operational process , reverse pickup and warehouse management via partners.

- Ensure the highest operational standards are always deployed on the floor; Ensure the facilities are compliant with current Health and Safety regulations, Trade, and Fire Licenses, and team is trained appropriate
