Some topline requirements from the role:
- Solid Understanding of Operations processes in Mirror business - who have a distinct ability to handle a rapid ramp-up and/or turnaround.
- Deep insights on how to take over as Plant Head immediately and as a potential successor to head the business in a 2-3 years time frame.
- Ability to manage Finance Indicators (at the EBITDA Level); Handle Customers' Representatives independently; drive operational improvements (improvements in Quality, Safety, and Plant Utilization) and play the role of a coach to Direct Reporters/develop talent below him.
- B.Tech/Graduate Engineer. Up to the age of 42 - a younger firebrand guy will be preferred.
