Head - Operation - Manufacturing Firm (20-30 yrs)

Head Operation & Manufacturing

- Develop AOP and road map through strategic manufacturing plan for execution based on long term and short term business projections

- Prepare annual Operating Budget to achieve optimum capacity utilization

- Ensure smooth functioning of overall plant operations with customer focus,

- Cost control by setting up daily review of Process rejection, Rework, Scrap, Consumables, Logistics, Maintenance and Packaging process

- Vendor development, Inventory Control, Sourcing and Logistics management

- Provide Inbound and Outbound Logistics Strategy in line with Supplier and Customer agreements

- Inventory reduction process in close coordination with Marketing and SCM

- Participate in New Product Development meetings to ensure all requirements related to manufacturing operations are capture and set up is ready before time to launch new product

- Ensure readiness of Supplier base to meet budgeted volumes and quality levels

- Execute new expansion projects and R&D for best manufacturing practice and business expansion

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

- 20 - 30 years of Manufacturing experience

- B.E (Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical / Production)

- MBA (Operations Management)

- Ability to coordinate with other functions and ensure smooth manufacturing operations linked with Sourcing, Logistics and Warehouse to deliver results
